Could you please have a share with the whole error messages Which I mean to upload the event log to onedrive and post the link here? I configured and included all dependencies listed here , but Remote Access Connection still won't start. The error was "Failed to start remote access service", although I tried multiple things such as restarting, changing UAC privileges and resetting the app and other things but nothing has helped. I bet you can't open the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools too. Perhaps you should interpret those as incorrect responses to the actual symptom that ProcMon is showing you and try to find workarounds for them? Please remember to back up the system before proceeding in case of any disaster unexpected.
